All sessions will be held virtually, via a secure telehealth platform. Best Lyfe Therapy can accept any clients that reside in Virginia, Maryland, and District of Columbia.

No, I am not in network with insurances. Upon request, I can offer you a Superbill that you can provide to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you plan to do this, I encourage you to check with your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment.

I offer appointments between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

I understand that life is unpredictable at times and that things come up that are out of our control! I kindly ask that you give me 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. The first cancellation will not result in any fee, because life happens. However, a no-show fee of $50 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for any late cancellations or no-shows thereafter.
